1. Service Scope
DPROBO Studio provides digital product design, brand optimization, and strategic consulting services. All projects are subject to a structured brief and custom quote.
2. Payments & Quoting
Quotes are valid for 14 days. A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences. Payments are processed through our secure portal via Payoneer or manual bank transfer.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership of all final design assets delivered as part of the project scope.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a predefined number of revision rounds as specified in the accepted quote. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
